When you open our the front door, walk in and just take a second to enjoy the view. You're standing in the family room with its cathederal ceiling, and with back lit shelves filled with plants, flowers and curiosities. See the sumptuous and comfortable seating area with the 32" flat screen TV and DVD where you can relax after a hard day in the theme parks. To your left is the fully equipped galley kitchen with far more than just the usual fixtures and fittings just a couple of steps away from the dining area. If you want to eat in but don't fancy cooking, then do as the locals do get food in. Look through the range of take out and home delivery menus by the phone on the breakfast bar and you can pop out and pick something up or order for delivery to the villa.

Walk on through past the dining table and you are in the master suite. Humungous bed isn't it? A sleigh style king size and a full 6 foot wide. Note the walk in clothes closet and head on into the en suite master bathroom. Corner bath, walk in shower and hers & his wash basins - no arguments over which is yours ladies! From here open the door out onto the patio and there it is; your very own pool. The patio, or lanai as they say in Florida, has plenty of space and there are 4 loungers, four reclining chairs, two adirondac chairs plus the round table.

The pool and lanai are where you'll probably spend a lot of your time when you're not at the attractions or shopping. The pool cage keeps the insects away and you can sit out here and watch the sunset. Swimming after dark is also great fun and there is a light in the pool which makes it quite spectacular at night.

When you can tear yourselves away from the sparkling waters head back through to the dining area. Turn right and check out the den. Here's where you can park the menfolk on the big red sofa to watch sport on the 22" flat screen TV, play on the internet PC or just do guy stuff. Head back out again and turn right through the Jack & Jill bathroom with toilet, bath, shower and washbasin. Here you have facilities for those using the second and third bedrooms, one of which you will find to your right when you emerge at the other end of the bathroom. This one is great for younger members of the party, with two single beds, places for their clothes and its own TV.

In Florida you have 70+ channels on TV and can watch a different channel on each TV, With 5 TVs in the house there should be no arguments over what you watch. Come back through and check the other double bedroom at the front of the house. Here you have a queen bed, 5 foot wide, another TV and plenty of closet and storage space for clothes. Back in the villa you will find the louvre doors that hide the laundry area. Maybe the last thing that you want to think about is doing the washing, but use our family sized washer and drier daily for half an hour or so and you won't have a suitcase of washing to worry about when you get home; just take all the clean things out of your suitcases and put them away.

There is plenty of space in the garage for your hire car. We know some owners have converted their garages into games rooms, but it is much nicer to be able to put your car away and it will be cooler to get into when you next want to go out. Our garage door is motorised, so just the touch of a button will take it up or down for you. Back in the family room you'll find the books, DVDs, CDs and games we have left that you are welcome to use while you are staying with us and, in the garage, there are some pool toys.

Air conditioning keeps the house at a comfortable temperature round the clock and the family room and master bedroom both also have ceiling fans to help move the air around for you.For formal meals the dining table will seat six in comfort. In the photo here there are only four chairs shown, but there are two more matching chairs available. For a quick snack there is the breakfast bar, or take your food out to the lanai and eat al fresco.

Look around and you'll see all sorts of decorative items, art and memorobilia around the house. As with the furnishing, it is to a much higher standard than most rental homes, and that's because it is our second home, so in amongst everything else around the villa you'll find photos of us and our family.
