What it costs and how to book your stay
Our prices per night for 2012 & 2013 are:
Special Weeks - Christmas, New Year, Easter - 85 pounds UK per night
All other weeks - 70 pounds UK per night
We are always happy to talk about a deal on prices for last minute bookings if the villa is available - feel free to give us a call.
How to Book
1 - Choose the weeks you would like for your holiday. Many people book Thursday to Thursday so as to take advantage of lower airport taxes, but we will consider bookings to or from any day - please ask if you'd like something different. All our prices are in days so it is easy to work out the price for your stay.Our minimum stay is 5 nights.
Booking Deposit 200 pounds UK - full rental payment due 8 weeks before arrival.
Electric pool heating is available at 10 pounds UK per day

This is our rental calendar. We update this when people pay us their booking deposits, so please use this as a guide and do check with us by email or phone for the weeks that you would like as we usually have enquiries in progress.
3 - If your weeks are free we will confirm the price and send you a booking form. We operate a first come, first served booking policy on the basis that where we have enquiries for the same dates, the first to pay gets the booking.
4 - Complete your booking form and return to us within 24 hours with your booking & security deposit cheques or a PayPal payment.
5 - The balance of your payment will be due with us 8 weeks before you travel
6 - On receipt of your full payment we will send you your travel pack and directions
